Topaz with calcite from the Thomas Range of the Topas mountains in Utah. Topaz is an aluminum silicate mineral used as a gemstone. Calcite, or calcspar, is a fluorescent mineral. Calcite is the basic component of marble, chalk, and limestone. Dimensions: 3 x 2.5 x 1.5 cm.
